President Joe A. Garcia will deliver the 5th annual State of Indian Nations Address on Thursday,
January 25, 2007 from the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Press from around the country

speech will be delivered two days after President Bush's State of the Union Address and is a forum
for relaying to the President, the American public and Indian Nations the general state of America’s
Indian nations. Themes will include: economic development; trust reform; the protection of
