New Laptop Training Delivered with New Laptops.

Every three years thousands of laptops used by the National Credit Union Associations are upgraded. In the past, NCUA professionals were flown in from around the country to receive their new laptops and associated computer training. This was a very expensive and time consuming process.

Recently, in collaboration with Tom Feliu Productions and Flying Colors the NCUA reengineered the laptop replacement process. A critical element of the new process was producing a CD-based audio, video and slide training presentation that covered all necessary new computer training materials in an efficient, effective and entertaining fashion.
