This Webcast will provide an overview of the upcoming October 28-31, 2008 National Dual Language Institute, discuss recent efforts to strengthen programs’ capacity to serve dual language learners, and provide resources to assist Head Start program directors and managers in their efforts to maximize opportunities in their programs for young dual language learners who are learning both English and their home language or whose native languages are being revitalized.
